Todes empezamos probando vino metiendo el dedo en la copa de alg\u00fan abuele y continuamos en nuestra adolescencia con alg\u00fan vino en cajita mezclado con gaseosa, nuestro propio chanp\u00e1m franc\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>Hace unos meses, cuando todo esto de la cuarentena empez\u00f3, me pas\u00f3 lo mismo que a cualquier hije de vecine: quer\u00eda tomar un vino o una copa casi todos los d\u00edas y no pod\u00eda invertir mi -no sueldo- en una botella. Tuve que acudir a los injustamente llamados \u201cvinos baratos\u201d a los vinos que nadie sube orgullosamente a Instagram para contarle al mundo lo que estoy bebiendo, porque nadie quiere ver como mi t\u00edmida inversi\u00f3n de 200 pesos en una botella fue la mejor inversi\u00f3n de este terrible encierro. Pero me atrev\u00ed y us\u00e9 el poder de mi t\u00edtulo para que eso suceda y sucedi\u00f3, empec\u00e9 a recomendar vinos de precio amigue, ricos, llevaderos, f\u00e1ciles de beber y la cosa se fue dando.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfS\u00f3lo los vinos caros se disfrutan? \u00bfY si nunca tom\u00e9 y el vino caro no me gust\u00f3, significa que los dem\u00e1s me van a parecer un horror? Pues no mi ciela, hay un abanico all\u00e1 afuera de vinos esperando a ser bebidos y que nada tiene que ver poder disfrutarlos con su precio. <\/p>\n<p>Para ser justa empezar\u00eda con: Argentina es un pa\u00eds donde todas las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas se dan para que el vino que se produzca sea aceptable y de ah\u00ed para arriba. Los vinos, dependiendo de su producci\u00f3n acumulan cierto gasto, se complejizan, ahora, \u00bfesto quiere decir que un vino simple que se embotella al toque de su fermentaci\u00f3n va a ser un vino no disfrutable? No, rotundamente no, quiz\u00e1s sea mi vino amigue para que pueda intervenir haciendo un gran cleric\u00f3, o quiz\u00e1s le ponga soda y hielo para antes de comer al mejor estilo verm\u00fa o quiz\u00e1s quiera beberlo puro y que me refresque su fructuosidad sin tener que intelectualizarlo demasiado como cuando tomo una birra. Animate a una tapa a rosca, ese tipo de cerramiento no significa que la bodega \u201cahorr\u00f3\u201d e hizo un vino por debajo de la calidad aceptada, la tapa a rosca en nuestro pa\u00eds (y ac\u00e1 va un tip) significa vino para tomar dentro del a\u00f1o de su cosecha, para ser bebido dentro del a\u00f1o donde se cort\u00f3 la uva, ese a\u00f1ito que te muestra la etiqueta .<\/p>\n<p>Sinceramente no s\u00e9 d\u00f3nde se origin\u00f3 esa creencia que dice que el vino caro es el mejor y creo que nunca lo sabr\u00e9, pero es tiempo ya de decir que existen vinos para determinados momentos, desde una lata, un bag in box, hasta una botella liviana o pesada, cada uno cumple una funci\u00f3n, desde armonizar una comida compleja hasta acompa\u00f1ar un d\u00eda de pileta. <\/p>\n<p>Que nadie te robe el disfrute, el vino es nuestra bebida nacional y popular.
